COVID-19 PLAN
BAS Covid-Safe Studio Procedures BAS aims to keep tutors and members Covid-19 safe during classes.

In order to do this, we are required to undertake the following procedures when entering and working in the studio.

Please use the hand sanitiser which is provided on entry to the building in the foyer and in the studio.
Tutors and convenors of untutored groups will keep a record of attendees at each session, to be kept by BAS.
Masks are not currently required to be worn but government regulations may change. Please ensure that windows remain open throughout classes to maintain good airflow.
Social distancing of 1.5m is required and the studio has been marked out for the placement of tables and easels for each participant.
Please do not enter the studio until the participants of any previous group have left.
Only one person at a time should use the cleaning up room/sink.
Participants are asked to bring their own refreshments as coffee, tea and milk will not be provided.
Only one person at a time should use the toilet and the lift.
To keep the studio as hygienic as possible, at the end of classes all participants are asked to clean their own tables and easels with the detergent, sponges and spray sanitisers which are provided at the sink and studio entrance.
** It is important that you do not attend classes or groups if you have any Covid symptoms such as runny nose, sore throat, cough or temperature. Get tested even with the mildest symptoms. If you feel unwell in a class please go home.
